One has to keep in mind, if the main road is redirected around the Captain Cook Resort, this land might be used to do a "curve" for that the main road doesn´t do a sharp curve and slows down the traffic to a minimum.

The plans show a beautyful and cost effective building ensemble that offers great quality concerning environment planning, the building themselves and the interior design. - We would be greatful to be commissioned to build the "Waves Appartements" sooner or later.
Proposal for an accommodation project in Vaimaanga on Rarotonga

The architects were commissioned to develop drafts for a mid size acco-
mmodation project in Vaimaanga. They had to think about budget tourism
but also to keep in mind where to host the staff of the Captain Cook Hotel.

The drafts show 2 buildings with a pool and plants in the middle. There is
20 appartements hosted in the 2 storie buildings. Thick walls & sunloovers
keep the sun out. Each 49 sqm unit is provided its own terrace & entrance.

The white, orange, red, blue colour setting refers to the so called island
style. There is 2 parkings for the apparment owners provided on the site.
